Oregon Health Authority (OHA) Diana provides strategic advice to OHA staff around health reform implementation and helps the organization convene groups of health care stakeholders as reform progresses. Diana helps plan and run retreats for the Oregon Health Policy Board, the policy-making and oversight body for the Oregon Health Authority. Diana also facilitates the Primary Care Payment Reform Collaborative, a legislative created body that seeks to increase investment in primary care and improve reimbursement methods. Comprehensive Primary Care Payer Group Diana is assisting 15 health systems and Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) to implement a federal initiative to strengthen primary care through payment reform and care delivery transformation. The payers are identifying opportunities for alignment and shared learning. Diana's partners on this project are the Oregon Health Leadership Council and the Oregon Health Care Quality Corporation. Oregon Primary Care Association (OPCA) For 10 years, Diana organized and facilitated the Oregon Primary Care Association’s annual strategic planning retreat for community health clinics around the state. Diana continues to work with OPCA on special projects, including governance issues around data aggregation and alternative payment. Project Access NOW Project Access NOW (PANOW) seeks to improve the health and well-being of communities by ensuring access to care, services and resources for those most in need. Diana is providing strategic guidance as PANOW explores avenues to address the underlying causes of ill health, including lack of access to housing and a strong educational system. |
