Whether it’s a retreat for a small board of directors or a 45-person multi-stakeholder collaborative working to come to agreement on a policy proposal, we specialize in making space for all voices while also getting results. We help groups identify their differences, find common ground and move forward. We ask good questions, create space for all to participate and ensure that groups achieve results.  

Depending on whether you’re looking for a three-year strategic plan or a one-year set of objectives, we’ll partner with your board and staff to identify your organization’s goals, strategies, and measures of success. We don’t have a cookie cutter approach to planning, but will tailor a process that works for you. We’ll take into consideration where you’ve been, where you want to go, the changing health care environment, and the needs of the communities you serve.
